Off este acronimul primului festival de film care va sparge toate barierele, prin unicitatea sa, prin lipsa de convenţional, prin originalitate deosebită, care nu se supune regulilor şi care este deschis tuturor ideilor; un festival excepţional, extraordinar:
Coordonaţi de domnul profesor Dan Aurel Muşet, elevii clasei a X-a B, ai Colegiul Naţional <<Samuil Vulcan>> din Beiuş, profil matematică-informatică, s-au decis să-i provoce pe tinerii din astăzi, să se exprime într-un mod cât mai autentic: prin filmul cu mobilul, prin clipuri, prin videoclipuri etc..
Festivalul se va desfăşura în perioada 19-21 mai 2011.
